The Vancouver Canucks will be without two key players on their upcoming road trip. Canucks head coach John Tortorella announced Tuesday that both Henrik Sedin and Alex Burrows are listed as day-to-day and will not travel with the team to play the Minnesota Wild and Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday and Thursday night. Sedin left Sunday nights game against the Buffalo Sabres with a lower-body injury, while Burrows has not played since suffering a thumb injury on March 19. Henrik has 10 goals and 26 points in 65 games with the Canucks this season. Burrows has scored five goals and added nine assists in 40 games this season. "Thats a Jarrod Dyson cycle, I would call it -- a single, double, triple and a ball to the wall," Yost said. "Thats as close to the cycle as hes ever going to get I think." Dyson and Alex Gordon each had three hits and Alcides Escobar drove in three runs, and the Kansas City Royals beat the Cleveland Indians 8-3 Tuesday night to snap a five-game losing streak. Dyson, a speedster, has not homered in 291 at-bats in the majors and has only four in seven minor league seasons. He came close in the third inning when he sent Indians right-fielder Shin-Soo Choo to the warning track. "I didnt think I got all of it," Dyson said. "I guess thats a Dyson cycle because I dont swing for pop, so thats as probably as close as youll see them go." Escobar had two hits for his 34th multihit game, raising his average to a team-leading .307. "Hes been doing that all year," Yost said.
